The Peg Authentic Brand is looking for part-time sales staff at our Flagship Store in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Part-time sales staff must be detailed oriented with an eye for design, fashion and trends. Previous retail experience in streetwear and fashion is considered an asset, in addition to, awareness of current fashion trends, music and art. We are seeking individuals who are highly organized, professional, proactive, punctual and have the ability to connect with potential customers in our storefront.

Qualified candidates must flexible in their working availability, including evenings, weekends or special events such as pop up shops.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Answering product questions
• Display excellent customer service and selling skills
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked
• Provide merchandising assistance
• Process sales with POS system
• Set aside online orders and in-store pick up orders as they are received
• Practice best-in-class inventory methods
• Provide inventory management assistance
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Complete store open and close duties when applicable

• Experience using POS technologies
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Ability to handle customer questions or product exchanges with ease
